Bedrooms: The open plan gallery bedroom with king size double bed and single bed suitable for a child or teenager(1.75m x 77cm) is accessed via a spiral staircase and looks out onto the living room area.

Bathroom: With shower, wc, bidet and washbasin are also on the gallery accessed via the spiral staircase

The open plan ground floor consists of two distinct areas:

Kitchen area: Well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, electric kettle, cafetiere, coffee pod dispenser and stove top coffee maker, Belfast double sink and washing machine. The kitchen door leads out across to the leisure field where you can relax, have breakfast and admire the tranquil rural views.

Living Room area: The breakfast bar is an upcycled wine press, the dining table an upcycled cable reel with 4 leather chairs and wine barrels provide storage for crockery. There are two comfortable bucket chairs, a settee and a TV with UK Freeview channels. An antique chandelier lights up the living room.

Garden: Small South facing terrace with garden furniture - a table and chairs plus charcoal BBQ. You also have access via the kitchen to the leisure field where you can play petanque or just relax and admire the beautiful sunsets we get.

Also provided: Bed linen, bath and hand towels, tea towels, beach umbrella, and a 4 bar UK extension lead for charging your phones and laptops, cool bag with picnic crockery and cutlery, freezer blocks. Pool/beach towels can be hired for a small fee

Keeping Le Chai cool: Thick stone walls keep Le Chai cool in the summer. Close shutters and windows during the day to keep out the heat, opening them in the evening and early morning to allow cool air in. There is a fan in the bedroom area.

Babies & Toddlers: We are happy to accept babies and toddlers in Le Chai however there are no stairgates and the gaps between stair treads and between the railings may be a risk to crawling babies and toddlers, unless of course they are used to such staircases. We advise you take care when carrying babies up and down the spiral staircase.

Baby and toddler equipment is available on request at no charge - travel cot, high chair, changing mat, washable soft toys,baby & toddler plated, bowls ann cutlery, buggy.
