Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms: Ground floor room with double bed and open plan en-suite bathroom; Master bedroom on the first floor with king size bed and ensuite wc; Landing bedroom with 3 single beds (with screen for privacy).
Bathrooms: Family bathroom (shower only); en-suite bathroom in the ground floor double bedroom; en-suite toilet in the king size bedroom.
Kitchen: Designed for larger families or families holidaying together, the large well equipped family kitchen has an impressive original Charentaise stone fireplace with log burner, 5 ring gas hob with stove top kettle, electric oven, larder fridge, small freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, washing machine and dining table comfortably seating up to 10.
Living Room: The large living room also has a Charentaise fireplace with log burner, 2 sofas and TV with UK Freeview channels.
Garden: South facing garden with garden furniture, parasol and charcoal BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining.
Other: Includes use of the open barn opposite the farmhouse garden which is ideal for dining when it’s too hot to sit outside and is equipped with a fridge and a sink. It’s also great entertaining space for get-togethers if you book the farmhouse plus one or more of our other gites.
Also supplied: Wifi, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, beach umbrella, cool box with picnic plates & cutlery, freezer blocks, and 4 bar UK extension lead for charging your phones and laptops. Pool towels can be hired for a small charge. In cooler months, two log burners and electric heaters provide warmth.
